We are offering limited liability company membership units in Advanced BioEnergy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company. You should read the entire prospectus and the documents referred to therein carefully in order to
fully understand our business, the offering and the units we are offering. If we are successful in this offering, we
intend to use the offering proceeds to pay for a portion of the construction and start-up costs of a 40 million gallons
per year expansion of our approximately 53% owned subsidiary, Heartland Grain Fuels’, ethanol plant located
near Aberdeen, South Dakota and a 100 million gallons per year dry mill corn-processing ethanol plant to be
located near Argos, Indiana, as well as to continue planning the construction of a 100 million gallons per year dry
mill corn-processing ethanol plant to be located near Northfield, Minnesota, as well as other general corporate
purposes. We are also currently constructing a 100 million gallons per year dry mill corn-processing ethanol plant
located near Fairmont, Nebraska. We are exploring opportunities to develop or acquire one or more additional
ethanol plants, as well as other company opportunities. A copy of the
